Chicken Salad Sandwiches

1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
1/4 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
2 Tb. green olives, chopped
1/4 tsp. Lawry’s seasoning salt
6 Tb. Mayonnaise
1 Combine chicken, celery, onion, olives, and salt. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten.
2 Chicken salad is best if chilled before serving – if time allows.
3 Add a crisp lettuce leaf or shredded lettuce to each sandwich served on choice of bread.
4 Garnish with olives and pickle spear on the side.
