Mashed Cauliflower with Garlic
Serves: 4-6 Preheat Oven Temp: N/A
1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into small pieces
2 garlic cloves, peeled and cut in half
1 Tb. butter
2 Tb. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 Place the cauliflower and garlic in a steamer and steam for 10-15 minutes, until very soft.
2 Move the cauliflower and garlic to a bowl and mash together.
3 Mix in the butter, sour cream, and enough milk to achieve the consistency you desire.
4 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
