This recipe is your basic marinate and grill recipe. This marinade gives the chicken a good flavor that would be complimented by a side of herb roasted veggies and potatoes. You can use any citrus you have on hand, such as orange or lemon, instead of the lime.

Grilled Rosemary Chicken
Serves:     6        Preheat Oven Temp:  N/A

Ingredients List
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 tsp. grated lime peel
1/2 cup lime juice
1 Tb. chopped dried rosemary
1 Tb. olive oil
2 tsp. sugar
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Step-by-Step

1 Pound the chicken to flatten.
2 Mix remaining ingredients in a large Ziploc bag, add chicken and refrigerate for 2 – 4 hours.
3 Grill chicken over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side. (Internal temp. should be 170.)
