2 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 pkg. (Stove Top or similar) stuffing mix
1 cup water
2 cups barbecue sauce
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 Mix together the ground meat, stuffing, water and eggs. Shape the mixture into 1” round balls.
2 Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
3 Place the meatballs on the pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
4 Put the BBQ sauce and cranberry sauce in a pan and bring to a boil.
5 To serve immediately, pour the sauce over the meatballs in a serving dish.
6 To keep warm, or for buffet serving, place the meatballs and sauce in a crock pot on low.
